My workout buddy, sizzles♥
As I wrote in yesterday's post, I lost 3lbs, so this morning it was easier to start my day with a bowl of special K, and yogurt rather than my grilled cheese sandwich and hot chocolate with whipped cream that I used to have. I was really tiered as I didn't sleep very well last night, so I took a little nap after I dropped off my oldest daughter at the bus stop and before driving my youngest daughter to preschool (about an hour and a half) I got a cappuccino from my favorite place on post (the ciao cafe) I decided that I can still have one a week. I got home and went on a 45 min walk with my dog sizzles. It was a really good walk, I had my ipod blasting and I pretty much let sizzles pull me the whole way. We ran up a flight of stairs and two hills. It is almost 5pm and I am tiered! My hubby decided to loose weight also, so I am very excited about that, and hoping that tomorrow my walking shoes come in the mail so that I can go to the gym and try their workout classes. ♥

What!?!?!? You mean the hot chocolate and grilled cheese breakfast isn't a fat buster??? haha, I love you you crack me up. So glad to read your blog this morning. Makes me want to go out and bust my buns too. :)
