I know, it's been over a week since I've posted anything. I tried spinning and LOVED it. It is challenging but you get such a rush, it's great. I am going again tomorrow. Today I tried ZUMBA. Not as challenging as spinning but a lot of fun. Two notes I made to myself. One NEVER be late again! I was 10 minutes late so I was really lost when I got in. Two, I need new shoes! I have the reebok easytone tennis shoes, which are great for walking and some other workouts, but for dancing around, no. I bought some biggest loser workouts from itunes and they are really good. The longest one is about 26 minutes, but they are challenging. Also, you see the people in the video before they lost all of their weight, so it's inspiring.
I went out to dinner with some friends on Sunday and had spaggetti with garlic, olive oil, one piece of bread, and a tiramisu. I felt guilty but determined to have a good week.
I did have a good week, I haven't weighed myself in about two weeks, but I have been doing well with my eating and working out regularly.
